Program Overview

Start your journey to become a certified yoga teacher with our accredited 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification course.  With this course, you will develop all the necessary skills to start teaching yoga professionally. You will understand the theory and science behind the different yoga poses (asanas). You will learn how to instruct, adjust, correct, modify and structure a comprehensive yoga class. When you successfully complete the course, you will receive an accredited certificate that enables you to teach yoga worldwide.

Our Accreditation

Poornamidam School of Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

What It Means For You

Worldwide accredited Certification After Completing the 200 Hour Training

With our certificate, you can teach Yoga worldwide. Our 200-hour Yoga teacher training course is fully accredited by Yoga Alliance. After completion, you can register yourselves as RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.

  • Yogic Philosophy - 30 Hours

    • Bhagavad Gita

    • Patanjali Yoga Sutras

    • Sankhya Philosophy

  • Seva - 8 Hours

    • Volunteering and selfless service

Must attend 95% of classroom hours to graduate.
